Monthly Club Meeting Information:

You certainly may attend a few meetings without charge until you see if your photographic goals and the club’s are the same.

The method of joining our membership is to register at one of the regular meetings.  Annual dues are $30.00 [semi-prorated @ $15 if a member joins July-Dec], which can be paid at one of our club meetings. (Sorry, but there is currently no apparatus for joining online or by mail.)

Formed in the late 1950s, the Columbia Camera Club (Columbia, SC) is the oldest and largest camera club in the southeast, meeting without interruption to this day. The basic aim of the club is to promote a photographic fellowship where the art and craft of photography can be shared and enjoyed.

Open to photographers of all ages and skill levels, the club’s meetings usually consist of a brief tutorial; a photographic presentation on some aspect of photography, and an opportunity to share slides and/or prints.

Each year we have a juried print contest and a projected images contest where trophies and/or cash prizes are awarded. Field trips, usually one-day affairs, are sprinkled throughout the year.
